![]() If there's some sort of big overhaul that's coming which will leave things either neutral or better then that's all very well, but to pull the flags and camos FIRST is a move roughly akin to placing the muzzle against one's foot with one's finger on the trigger. In this respect, anyone who wants a sharpening stone for the tines of their pitchfork can borrow mine. Personally I think pulling the IBT3 flag is a mistake, and I said so over in the dev blog post. ![]() The only people who aren't touched by that credit crunch are the ones who've been in the game since the beginning, got all the lines as they came out, and aren't furiously trying to play catch-up with all the lines that were released before they started - or those who don't automatically feel the need to be in the T10 as soon as possible after it drops and can take their own sweet time over the grind. The mitigating factor is early-release, which saves players many millions of credits in ship purchases and upgrades (to B hulls etc.) if they're active when it happens. ![]() You get to the next ship far too soon, which is bad for the beginners who need time to cut their teeth on the basics and bad for the more experienced players who feel the credit crunch as they get into the high tiers and their ships get more expensive (especially now that the tendency is to keep them all for snowflakes). It's still disproportionately easier to grind XP than credits, IMHO. The moment they started givi ng out Dragon Signals that trivialized grinds they messed up their own economy
